Position: Sales Expert

Working Location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province

Working method: Hybrid working/Flexible, with the ability to work at the office, from home, or remotely from various locations.

Bizen Catering Services inherits and brings a creative Alacarte style to industrial meals, transforming them from monotonous and dull into something enjoyable. Our team has over 12 years of experience and specialized skills in industrial meal services, serving clients in factories and units within the Bien Hoa and Dong Nai industrial zones.

We are seeking a Business Specialist in the field of Industrial Catering, who will play a crucial role in expanding and developing the market in Bien Hoa and Dong Nai. This role involves building sustainable relationships with potential clients, increasing opportunities for converting prospects into actual customers, and driving business growth in the industrial catering sector.

Job Description
1. Identifying and Categorizing Potential Clients:
  • Market Research: Study the market to identify businesses/units/organizations/factories in industrial zones and schools with a need for industrial catering.
  • Client Categorization: Classify clients by size, industry, and geographic location to develop appropriate outreach strategies.
2. Approaching Potential Clients:
  • Participate in Industry Events: Attend food and nutrition fairs and exhibitions.
  • Direct Contact: Reach out via phone or send introductory letters.
  • Email Introduction: Send service introduction emails with useful information about industrial catering.

  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to discuss and convert them into actual service users.
3. Xây dựng mối quan hệ & Chăm sóc khách hàng:
  • Facility Tours: Invite potential clients to visit production facilities and kitchens.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops on nutrition and food safety.
  • Free Samples: Provide free samples for clients to experience the quality of meals.
  • Regular Contact: Frequently update clients with new service information.
  • Celebratory Wishes: Send congratulations for holidays, festivals, and birthdays.
  • Feedback Collection: Regularly survey clients about meal quality and service, address complaints and suggestions promptly, and continuously improve based on client feedback.
  • Referral Program: Create a referral program offering incentives for current clients who refer new ones, leveraging client networks to expand potential client lists.
  • Maintain Relationships: Keep good relationships with current clients, resolve issues that arise during service provision, and ensure high satisfaction.
4. Reporting and Sales Monitoring:
  • Sales Reports: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports as per company regulations.

Requirements for Applicants:

Requirement: Male or female, Vietnamese, aged 24-35.

  1. Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience with large enterprises, factories in industrial zones, or schools is a plus.
  • Established personal reputation and extensive partner connections.
  1. Skills:
  • Communication skills.
  • Market and competitor analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office; CRM skills are a plus.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
