- Design menus.
- Quantify ingredients.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding menu and quantities changes.
- Verify the information in feedback and complaints from customers.
- Provide menu advice to customers in case of menu changes
- Manage customer records.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, remind customers to renew contracts when due.
- Other tasks assigned from the Planning department.
Requirements
- Graduated from college or higher in food industry.
- Negotiation, bargaining, and good communication skills.
- Good management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and ability to work under high pressure.
- Proactive, meticulous, careful, and honest working attitude.
- Good computer skills used in offices.
- Experience in the industrial catering field is an advantage.
